  I work here. If your order is wrong, that’s front people’s fault. If your food is wrong it’s back’s fault. There shouldn’t be people yelling at front for something back did. Also, when you order like a coke or something during rush, expect a wait. We have timers telling us who and what was ordered first we can’t skip around to the easiest stuff and do it first. I do care about my job and I care about giving you the best service possible, but front people can’t make your coke when they’re focused on getting food to the people who have been there ahead of you

  Doesn't deserve 1 star but I guess you have to pick at least 1. 25 minutes for 3 drinks in the drive thru, then when we get to the window the employee says, "would you like something else to drink because we don't have sweat tea" not I'm sorry we need to make more if you would like to wait, or better yet tell us this when we order! To wait that long in the drive thru is beyond ridiculous, very disappointed.

  Some days it is okay.. some days it's slow. I had to wait 15 minutes for a large coffee one day before work. When I asked the manager for my coffee she didn't even look at me she asked the kid that was working to make my coffee. It was his job and he was being way too slow but she still could have acknowledged me.
